Motorists face long delays on a major route this afternoon after a metrobus m1 crashed into scaffolding near a busy supermarket. Jimmy Sommerville, General Manager for the South West at Bristol Community Transport, said, “We can confirm that an m1 bus was involved in a minor collision, whilst operating in Bedminster today. "The incident took place on Bedminster Parade, where the bus caught the edge of some scaffolding, resulting in damage to one side of the vehicle and some windows. "We can confirm that no one was injured in this incident and all passengers were transferred safely to the next available service.
