In his role, Steve will lead AHT’s Claims Team to deliver client specific, technical and tactical claims support – designed to track and improve processes, reduce client loss costs, mitigate losses and expedite claim resolutions for a positive impact on Total Cost of Risk. Steve provides advocacy, oversight and marketing support in an efficient and effective manner, while ensuring the highest level of service from carriers, third party administrators, vendors and related experts to help our clients protect what matters most.
